Whistling at the Fake – Poster Competition

Whistling at the Fake (www.whistlingatthefake.com), which is a research project funded by NATO, managed by The Manchester Metropolitan University, and supported by several academic institutions including Boston College Law School, the Università degli Studi di Padova, and Tilburg University as well as a group of internationally renowned Impact Partners, has just launched an open call for an International Poster Competition focused on the issues of malinformation, misinformation, and disinformation, as well as the role that whistleblowers and other knowledgeable insiders play in countering hostile information (https://www.whistlingatthefake.com/poster-competition).

The Competition is open to undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral students at a higher education academic institution in academic years 2020/2021 or 2021/2022.

Entries eligible for Competition must be submitted by 23:59 (GMT) on the 15th of April 2022 and sent via email to the Principal Investigator at the following email address: C.Grasso [at] mmu.ac.uk.

The following three prizes will be awarded by a panel of academics selected among the project experts to the three best digital poster presentations:

I.    First prize: £225 Waterstones Gift Card
II.    Second prize: £150 Waterstones Gift Card
III.    Third prize: £75 Waterstones Gift Card

Entries from students from all countries and disciplines are welcomed.
