HM  Treasury has published Call for Evidence: Review of the UK’s AML/CFT Regulatory and Supervisory Regime.

This call for evidence covers a broad range of questions across the regulatory and supervisory regimes. It seeks views from industry, law enforcement, supervisors and the broader public and civil society on the systemic effectiveness of the regimes and how they contribute to the overarching objective of countering economic crime, and on the specific application and effectiveness of particular elements of the regimes.
