I am a Nigerian-trained and qualified Attorney with 7 years of Post Qualification Experience. I have acquired substantive background and experience in Dispute Resolution, Transactional Advisory, Academic Training/Research and the International Enterprise and Trade Development Industry. Having started my Professional career post-qualification, with the Law Faculty at Babcock University, subsequently joining a full-service Law Firm in S.O & C Legal in Lagos, Nigeria, where I was part of a team that analysed risk, advising corporates on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, company secretarial management and a variety of corporate commercial issues, while representing variety of Clients across the various levels of the court. I’ve also served as a course facilitator with Tom Associates, a professional and management training institution, while still participating in research and policy advisory; I currently serve as Counsel in a role with the Lekki Free Zone Development Company (a Free Zone Management Company) where I am a part of a team who regularly advise the Company, and its Enterprises on regulatory engagement and compliance, transactional management, investment and industrial participation and other legal issues.
