The Commercial Law Research Network of Nigeria in conjunction with the University of Reading, hosted a webinar on Banking Regulation in Nigeria, themed: The Practitioners’ Perspective on the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act, 2020.

The webinar’s stellar panel of legal practitioners discussed the recently enacted Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act, (BOFIA, 2020) and the practical implications of the law on banking law cases in Nigeria.
