A third-year PhD student in the Department of Finance and Management at SOAS, University of London. Her research focus is on the financial barriers faced by International students from the Global South, with a particular focus on the unintended effects of AML/CFT laws on students from grey-listed countries. She is a graduate teacher at SOAS, teaching Corporate Governance and Research Methods in Management, and holds a master’s degree in Public Financial Management. Her research interests are Public Policy and Management, Financial Inclusion, and Regulation of Financial Institutions.
