I am 47years of age with over 22 years working experience with over eight (8) different banks all in banking Ghana and other Africa countries in credit, Risk, debt recovery,ADR practices and many more I provide leadership and support to my team, ensuring my team and business goals are widely communicated and understood. I am responsible for understanding reporting against agreed targets which will use to identify areas of improvements, and take action to address any poor performance when necessary. I take accountability for establishing a performance management framework and ensure coaching and mentoring is provided to all staff on a regular basis, focusing specifically on performance feedback through 1:1’s with direct reports.
