I am 47years of age with over 22 years working experience with over eight (8) different banks all in banking Ghana and other Africa countries in credit, Risk, debt recovery,ADR practices and many more I provide leadership and support to my team, ensuring my team and business goals are widely communicated and understood. I am responsible for understanding reporting against agreed targets which will use to identify areas of improvements, and take action to address any poor performance when necessary. I take accountability for establishing a performance management framework and ensure coaching and mentoring is provided to all staff on a regular basis, focusing specifically on performance feedback through 1:1’s with direct reports. While much of my experience has been in the banking and the business world, I understand the social value of any sector and I am confident that my rich business experience will be an asset to your organization. My responsibilities over the years include the development and management of: Risk, credit, recovery and monitoring management I have worked closely with banking professionals and top managers to help them to provide the best possible information to a consumers and shareholders. I have also helped risk and credit to use their banking content to write user-friendly and easily comprehensible text. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I can work with all departments to resolve technical issues and implement technical enhancements.
